Responsibility
- Build and manage relationships with assigned clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention.
- Develop strategic account plans to achieve revenue targets and grow wallet share.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities; present solutions and proposals tailored to client needs.
- Coordinate with marketing, product, and operations teams to deliver campaigns that meet client objectives.
- Monitor campaign performance, prepare reports, and communicate insights to clients on a regular basis.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and renewals to maximize profitability while maintaining client trust.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate new business opportunities and expand the client base.
Qualification
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or similar role in advertising, marketing, or digital media.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions and optimize campaigns.
- Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office; familiarity with advertising platforms is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
