Responsibility

  • Own and grow relationships with assigned accounts, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to expand services and cross-sell freight, customs, and value-added solutions.
  • Coordinate with Operations, Pricing, and Network teams to ensure on-time, accurate service delivery.
  • Prepare and present quarterly business reviews and account plans.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing within approved guidelines to achieve revenue targets.
  • Monitor performance metrics and implement process improvements to drive efficiency.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for clients, resolving issues and communicating updates proactively.
  • Develop and maintain strong industry knowledge to provide strategic recommendations to clients.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, logistics, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in account management, sales, or logistics, preferably in freight forwarding or international shipping.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills with proficiency in English; local language a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; ability to interpret data and build action plans.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
  • Ability to build relationships with cross-functional teams in a global matrix organization.
  • Willingness to travel regionally as required.
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems; experience with ERP or logistics software is a plus.
