In this pivotal role within the FMCG and digital retail team, you will drive growth for everyday essentials across personal care, health, and beauty categories. You will manage strategic brand partnerships, collaborate with cross-functional teams including marketing, merchant operations, and analytics, and own the day-to-day success of key beauty accounts on TikTok Shop.

You will build joint business plans, negotiate terms, and shape campaigns that convert shoppers into loyal customers. You will leverage data-driven insights to optimize assortment, pricing, and promotions; monitor performance against targets; and prepare compelling business reviews for senior leadership. Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end management of assigned beauty, makeup and skincare accounts on TikTok Shop in Malaysia, ensuring revenue and growth targets are met.
  • Build and execute quarterly business plans with brand partners, aligning on assortment, promotions and campaigns.
  • Lead day-to-day relationship management with key brand stakeholders; provide proactive support and problem solving.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product and analytics teams to design and optimize campaigns, content and shopper experiences.
  • Analyze performance data, forecast demand and prepare data-driven business reviews with actionable insights.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing and promotional commitments to maximize return on investment for partners and for TikTok Shop.
  • Ensure brand guidelines and compliance while driving innovative, creative campaigns on the platform.

Qualification

  • 3+ years of account management, sales or business development experience in beauty, FMCG or e-commerce, preferably in a regional role.
  • Proven track record of growing beauty or skincare brands on e-commerce platforms or social commerce channels.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; additional languages such as Bahasa Malaysia or Mandarin are a plus.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics and translate insights into action.
  • Knowledge of TikTok Shop, social commerce, influencer marketing and digital advertising is preferred.
  • Strong negotiation, relationship building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, autonomous and able to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment; willingness to travel as needed.
