Take the lead as an Account Manager in Davao with Kitchen Beauty Marketing Corporation. This role is the bridge between clients and our dynamic marketing team, responsible for managing the entire sales process from prospecting to onboarding and ongoing growth. You will build lasting relationships with beauty brands, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive revenue in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include developing strategic account plans, generating qualified leads, presenting tailored solutions, negotiating terms, and ensuring seamless onboarding and retention. You will monitor sales pipelines, track performance against targets, and provide accurate forecasts. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to improve the client experience and maximize value for both parties.
We offer a competitive monthly salary in the range of ₱25,000 to ₱30,000, with opportunities for performance-based incentives. This is a full-time position based in Davao, Philippines, with room to grow into senior sales leadership roles.
Ideal candidates will have strong communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills, plus experience managing multiple accounts and a pipeline with CRM tools. Responsibility
- Manage end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting to closing, focusing on new business and expanding existing accounts.
- Develop and execute strategic territory plans for Davao, identifying high-potential clients and prioritizing opportunities.
- Prospect, qualify, and convert leads through multi-channel outreach including calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
- Prepare compelling proposals, deliver persuasive presentations, and negotiate favorable terms while protecting company margins.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, track activities, and provide regular sales forecasts and KPIs to management.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and high client satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitive intelligence to inform pricing, messaging, and account strategy.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in beauty, health, or consumer brands.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong relationship-building and client management abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency with CRM software and sales analytics tools; ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
- Goal-oriented with strong time management and organizational skills; capable of managing multiple accounts and priorities.
