You will be the primary point of contact for key manufacturing clients, translating their needs into practical TIC solutions that ensure safety, quality and compliance across supply chains. Responsibility
- Develop and manage a portfolio of industrial and manufacturer services accounts, driving revenue growth and client satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities for TIC, inspection and certification solutions and craft tailored proposals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management and technical teams.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (technical, operations, and delivery) to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
- Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and quarterly business reviews; monitor KPIs and revenue targets.
- Lead negotiations, contract discussions, and renewal pricing with clients while maintaining compliance and risk controls.
- Represent TÜV SÜD at client meetings, industry events, and site visits; travel as required.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry standards, regulations and competitors to position TÜV SÜD effectively.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; Master’s degree a plus.
- Proven experience in B2B sales or account management in industrial services, TIC, inspection, or related sectors.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in Indonesian and English.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders and work collaboratively across functions.
- Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple accounts and meet revenue targets.
- Willingness to travel within Indonesia and occasionally abroad for client engagements.
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in CRM tools and sales forecasting.
- Knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory frameworks in manufacturing and industrial sectors.
