Responsibility

  • Manage end-to-end relationships with Large Customer Sales accounts, driving revenue growth for major brands using Google Ads solutions.
  • Lead strategic account planning, annual business reviews, and quarterly performance analyses to optimize ROI and campaign performance.
  • Translate client objectives into data-driven media plans across Google’s advertising products (Search, Display, YouTube, and App campaigns).
  • Collaborate across functions (Sales, Product, Marketing, Solutions Engineering) to deliver integrated, multi-channel campaigns.
  • Provide clear, executive-level reporting and insights, translating analytics into actionable recommendations.
  • Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities while maintaining high client satisfaction and retention.
  • Serve as a bilingual (Mandarin-English) client advocate, navigating cultural and business nuances to strengthen partnerships.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience; 4+ years in digital advertising, account management, or enterprise sales, preferably with major brands.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and driving growth in a competitive market.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to transform data into actionable insights and compelling client stories.
  • Experience with Google Ads or other digital marketing platforms; comfortable presenting to C-suite clients.
  • Excellent cross-functional collaboration, project management, and time management abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset, problem-solving aptitude, and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment; willingness to travel as needed.
