EMAPTA is looking for a results-driven Account Manager – Marketplaces to lead ecommerce growth for a portfolio of global marketplace sellers. This is a hybrid role based in Ortigas Center, Metro Manila, offering Night Shift hours and weekends off to support your work-life balance. As the Account Manager for Marketplaces, you will partner with merchants to optimize performance across top platforms such as Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, and eBay. Your focus will be on driving revenue, improving listing quality, and expanding market presence through data-driven strategies, campaign planning, and hands-on optimization. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Product, Analytics, and Operations to implement initiatives, resolve issues, and deliver exceptional seller experiences.

Responsibility
- Manage a portfolio of marketplace seller accounts and drive revenue growth across Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, and other platforms.
- Onboard, activate, and support new sellers, ensuring clean data and compliant listings.
- Optimize product listings, images, keywords, and content to maximize visibility and conversion.
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvement plans to achieve KPIs (GMV, traffic, conversion rate).
- Plan and execute marketplace campaigns, promotions, and pricing strategies to boost orders.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Operations to resolve issues and optimize seller experience.
- Prepare and present monthly performance reports to clients and internal leadership.
- Maintain strong relationships with marketplace partners and escalate issues as needed.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or a related field.
- 2+ years of account management or ecommerce marketplace experience.
- Proven track record of growing revenue on marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee, Amazon, etc.).
- Strong data analysis skills with proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; familiarity with analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills; fluent in English.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of product catalog management and listing optimization.
- Experience with seller dashboards and marketplace tools is a plus.
