Join BFI Finance Indonesia as an Account Officer in Pamulang, Banten, supporting our branch network in Jakarta Selatan 2 (Pasar Minggu). This role focuses on connecting with prospective customers who require leaseback financing secured by home certificates or rukan certificates, conducting on-site property and credit assessments, and guiding clients through the loan journey from application to disbursement.

As an Account Officer, you will perform field visits to verify collateral, gather required documents, and assess borrower creditworthiness. You will explain financing options, terms, costs, and repayment schedules in clear, customer-friendly language, while delivering exceptional service and ensuring compliance with internal policies and local regulations.

In this role you will collaborate with Credit, Operations, and Branch teams to expedite processing, manage risk, and achieve individual and branch targets. Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain relationships with potential clients to identify financing needs.
  • Conduct on-site field visits to assess property collateral, leaseback viability, and borrower suitability.
  • Gather and verify documents; ensure accurate data for loan applications and credit assessment.
  • Present financing options, explain terms, rates, fees, and repayment schedules.
  • Collaborate with Credit, Operations, and Collections teams to expedite loan processing and disbursement.
  • Meet and exceed individual branch targets and contribute to overall branch performance.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, resolve inquiries, and maintain accurate CRM records.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements throughout the lending process.

Qualification

  • Diploma or degree in Finance, Banking, Business, Economics, or a related field; fresh graduates are welcome with internship or project experience.
  • 1-3 years of experience in sales, retail banking, or microfinance; strong client-facing skills preferred.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
  • Willingness to travel within the branch network; valid driver's license is a plus.
  • Integrity, ethical conduct, and commitment to regulatory compliance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM systems; ability to learn new tools quickly.
  • Result-oriented with a customer-first mindset and ability to work toward sales targets.
