Join Hino Finance Indonesia as an Account Officer in Samarinda. You will manage day-to-day accounting tasks, maintain accurate ledgers, process invoices, and support collections. Key responsibilities at a glance: you will manage daily accounts and reconciliations, monitor balances, prepare invoices and receipts, assist with collections, respond to customer inquiries with professionalism, and collaborate with sales and credit teams to assess risk and terms. You will maintain accurate records in our accounting software and generate regular statements for internal and external stakeholders. You will also assist with financial reporting and audits as needed.

Responsibility
- Manage daily accounts, reconciliations, and maintain accurate ledgers
- Build and maintain relationships with debtors and potential debtors to drive timely payments
- Process invoices, receipts, and settlements ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Monitor and follow up on aging receivables; coordinate with collections as needed
- Respond to customer inquiries with professionalism; explain terms and payment options
- Prepare monthly statements and assist with internal and external financial reporting
- Collaborate with sales, credit, and operations teams to support risk assessment and terms
- Maintain records in accounting software and assist with audits
Qualification
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Proven experience as an Account Officer or similar role in financial services or lending
- Strong numeric and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel; comfortable with data entry and reporting
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills; ability to build relationships with debtors
- Familiarity with debt collection processes and regulatory compliance in Indonesia
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with good time management
- Fluent in Indonesian; English proficiency is a plus
