Responsibility
- Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective members to meet sales targets and deliver outstanding service.
- Promote loan products and deposit accounts; cross-sell related financial services to meet member needs.
- Process new account openings, loan applications, and renewals; verify documentation for accuracy and compliance.
- Provide clear explanations of rates, terms, and product features; address questions and resolve issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate records and update member data in the system; ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy; balance cash drawer and report discrepancies as required.
- Generate and analyze basic sales reports; monitor performance and contribute to branch goals.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and the overall member experience.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or banking/financial services.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to explain financial concepts clearly.
- Knowledge of loan processing, deposit products, and basic compliance requirements.
- Proficiency with computers and banking software; accurate data entry and record keeping.
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
