Responsibility
- Oversee end-to-end maintenance contract administration, including invoicing, revenue recognition, billing accuracy, and collections.
- Coordinate field workforce scheduling and logistics to ensure timely service delivery and optimal resource utilization.
- Monitor key financial and operational KPIs; prepare and present regular management reports to stakeholders.
- Serve as primary liaison for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and sustaining high levels of client satisfaction.
- Support project teams with budgeting, cost control, procurement alignment, and financial forecasting to protect project profitability.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements within Singapore's framework.
- Collaborate with sales, operations, and engineering teams to drive process improvements, SLA adherence, and service quality.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of accounts management or operations experience within engineering or maintenance services.
- Strong experience with ERP and accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle); proficient in MS Excel and data analysis.
- Solid understanding of contract administration, invoicing, revenue recognition, and financial reporting.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills; able to build trust and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and the ability to translate contracts into actionable processes.
- Knowledge of Singapore accounting standards and regulatory requirements; compliance-oriented.
