Responsibility

  • Oversee end-to-end maintenance contract administration, including invoicing, revenue recognition, billing accuracy, and collections.
  • Coordinate field workforce scheduling and logistics to ensure timely service delivery and optimal resource utilization.
  • Monitor key financial and operational KPIs; prepare and present regular management reports to stakeholders.
  • Serve as primary liaison for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and sustaining high levels of client satisfaction.
  • Support project teams with budgeting, cost control, procurement alignment, and financial forecasting to protect project profitability.
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements within Singapore's framework.

Qualification

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of accounts management or operations experience within engineering or maintenance services.
