As part of our hardware team, you will work on converter design, motor drives, signal integrity, and system-level integration with software and mechanical engineering. You will have access to state-of-the-art lab equipment and support for ongoing learning and career growth.

Responsibility

  • Design, analyze, and test analog and digital circuits, including power electronics, sensors, and microcontroller interfaces.
  • Develop and optimize PCB layouts for manufacturability, reliability, and thermal performance.
  • Lead or participate in design reviews, simulations (SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink), and EMI/EMC testing.
  • Create and maintain documentation, schematics, design files, and bill of materials.
  • Collaborate with software and mechanical engineering teams to ensure successful hardware-software integration.
  • Support compliance with industry standards (UL, IEC, RoHS) and assist in certifications.
  • Mentor junior engineers and contribute to project planning, scheduling, and risk assessment.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master's preferred.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in power electronics, analog/digital design, or embedded hardware.
  • Proficiency with CAD tools (Altium/OrCAD), SPICE, MATLAB, or Simulink; familiarity with PCB layout best practices.
  • Strong knowledge of EMI/EMC, signal integrity, thermal management, and sensor interfaces.
  • Experience with prototyping/testing equipment (oscilloscopes, spectrum analyzers) and debugging in lab environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced environment.
