Responsibility

  • Assemble, wire, and calibrate electronic assemblies and sub-systems to exact specifications.
  • Perform functional and environmental tests using multimeters, oscilloscopes, power supplies, and automated test equipment.
  • Troubleshoot and diagnose electronics issues at component, PCB, and system levels.
  • Document test results, deviations, and corrective actions in the MES/QMS systems.
  • Repair or replace faulty components, uphold ESD safety, and ensure product quality.
  • Assist with PCB soldering, inspection, and adherence to IPC standards.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and root-cause analysis.
  • Provide clear handoffs and daily status updates to engineering and production teams.

Qualification

  • 2+ years of electronics technician or equivalent experience in manufacturing or service labs.
  • Strong understanding of electronics fundamentals, schematics, and PCB layouts.
  • Proficiency with measurement tools (multimeter, oscilloscope, spectrum analyzer) and basic test equipment.
  • Experience with soldering (lead-free) and PCB assembly; knowledge of IPC repair standards helpful.
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.
  • Excellent problem-solving and documentation skills; meticulous attention to detail.
  • High school diploma or technical degree; electronics or mechatronics certification preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to thrive in a team environment; able to lift up to 50 lbs.
