Responsibility

  • Prepare and deliver accurate, timely progress reports on projects and tasks to inform leadership decisions.
  • Monitor milestones, deadlines, and deliverables; identify bottlenecks and escalate with recommended solutions.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow and alignment on priorities.
  • Maintain organized administrative records, contracts, supplier communications, and documentation.
  • Support budgeting, expense tracking, and basic financial reconciliation as needed.
  • Liaise with clients and internal teams to ensure clear, proactive communication and issue resolution.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
  • 2+ years of admin or office coordination experience; experience in a marketing agency is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English; bilingual Indonesian is a plus.
