In this role, you will manage routine admin tasks, support order processing, coordinate with suppliers, and maintain digital records to ensure accurate, accessible information. Whether updating inventories, preparing reports, or coordinating documents, you will bring attention to detail, proactive communication, and a can-do attitude.

Responsibility
- Manage daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document control.
- Support data entry, inventory records, and basic stock reconciliation for fashion products (clothes).
- Assist with order processing, invoicing, and customer communications.
- Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and logistics partners to ensure timely deliveries.
- Maintain digital records, CRM entries, and prepare periodic reports.
- Provide general admin support to the team and assist with scheduling.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; administrative or office experience preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); basic computer skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to multi-task.
- Good communication skills in Indonesian; basic English is a plus.
- Reliability, teamwork, and a proactive attitude.
- Experience with data entry or inventory management is a plus.
