As part of our administrative and cashier team, you will ensure accurate cash handling, monitor and record daily sales, and prepare timely cash and sales reports. You will input transactions into our accounting system, reconcile cash balances, and support invoice processing and payments collections. This role requires meticulous data entry, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate with store staff and the finance team to ensure data integrity.

Responsibility

  • Process daily cash transactions, manage cash receipts, and ensure accurate cash balance reconciliation.
  • Record daily sales, prepare reports, and input data into the accounting system.
  • Assist with accounts receivable tasks, follow up on outstanding payments, and coordinate with customers and sales teams.
  • Maintain organized cash handling procedures and enforce cash handling policies.
  • Support general administrative tasks including filing, document management, and team coordination.
  • Work closely with finance and sales teams to ensure timely and accurate data entry and reporting.

Qualification
