Responsibility
- Assist with daily administrative tasks (filing, scheduling, record keeping) to ensure smooth office operations.
- Process and organize documents for branch operations, including loan files and customer records.
- Enter data accurately into internal systems and maintain database integrity.
- Support branch staff with document verification, mail distribution, and filing.
- Coordinate with teams and field staff to facilitate loan processing and customer service at the branch.
- Provide courteous client support at reception, answer inquiries, and direct visitors as needed.
- Prepare basic reports and assist in inventory management and office supplies control.
- Maintain confidentiality and professional conduct in all administrative tasks.
Qualification
- Currently enrolled in a related degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Management, Secretariat) or recent graduate.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic data entry skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication in Indonesian; basic English is a plus.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of handling confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive, fast learner, and comfortable working in a team-focused environment with occasional field tasks.
- Willing to work at Branch Jambi and dedicate time to a defined internship period; able to commit to the program duration.
