Responsibility
- Enter, verify, and maintain data in company databases with high accuracy.
- Prepare and file documents, manage digital records, and organize electronic archives.
- Assist with daily administrative tasks such as scheduling, email correspondence, and calendar management.
- Support team with basic bookkeeping and reporting tasks as needed.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely flow of information.
- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to inquiries in a timely manner.
- Protect confidential information and follow company data protection policies.
Qualification

- Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and speed.
