What you’ll do includes managing daily admin tasks for the warehouse, updating stock cards and ERP entries, ensuring accuracy of records, coordinating with logistics partners, and supporting audit processes. You will also assist with data entry, reporting, and basic supplier communications to help ensure timely and accurate operations.
Responsibility
- Manage daily warehouse administration tasks, including receiving, storage, and documentation.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, update stock levels, and support cycle counts.
- Prepare and process shipping documents, packing lists, and delivery notes.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and vendors to ensure timely order fulfillment.
- Ensure filing systems (physical and digital) are organized and compliant with company policies.
- Support data entry, reporting, and ad hoc administrative tasks for the warehouse.
- Assist in audits and compliance activities; monitor discrepancy resolution.
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; administrative or warehouse experience preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in warehouse administration or similar role.
- Proficient with MS Office; familiarity with inventory management software is a plus.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management.
- Good communication in Indonesian; able to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Ethical and discreet handling of sensitive information; reliable and punctual.
