As the Admin Marketing, you will manage a variety of tasks—from keeping records and preparing reports to supporting social media, email marketing, and vendor coordination. You will collaborate closely with sales and marketing teammates to ensure brand consistency and timely promotions across channels.
What you’ll do: maintain filing systems, assist with CRM data entry, prepare presentations, schedule meetings, process invoices, and monitor marketing budgets. You’ll also help with content calendars, asset management, and basic campaign analysis to track performance and inform decision-making.

Responsibility
- Provide administrative support to the marketing team, coordinating tasks and ensuring timely completion of campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and manage filing systems for marketing materials and vendor contracts.
- Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and arrange travel and accommodations as needed.
- Assist with data entry, CRM updates, and basic analysis to support campaign performance tracking.
- Process invoices, monitor budgets, and liaise with vendors and suppliers.
- Support social media and email marketing efforts by organizing content calendars and asset management.
- Prepare and distribute marketing collateral, presentations, and internal communications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and timely execution of promotions.
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of administrative or marketing support experience is preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication in Indonesian; English is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to multitask.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and basic marketing metrics is a plus.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and proactive problem-solving mindset.
