Join PT Mastering Prima Abadi, a dynamic and growing company based in Jakarta, as an Admin / Operations Support (Cross-market). In this role you will be the backbone of our administrative and operational functions across multiple markets, ensuring smooth day-to-day activities, accurate data handling, and proactive coordination across teams. You will partner with executives, sales, finance, and regional teams to streamline processes, maintain data integrity, and support rapid decision-making in a multi-market environment.
As part of the admin and operations team, you will manage calendar and meeting logistics, support travel planning, process invoices, and maintain organized filing systems for contracts and important documents. You will also assist in procurement and vendor management, coordinate internal communications, and help ensure compliance with company policies. The role offers exposure to diverse processes, the chance to influence process improvements, and opportunities to learn about operations across different markets. You will be encouraged to suggest improvements, implement new tools, and help standardize workflows to boost efficiency and accuracy.

Responsibility
- Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to cross-market teams, ensuring smooth daily workflows.
- Manage calendars, scheduling, meeting logistics, and travel arrangements.
- Maintain organized filing systems, contracts, and records with strong attention to detail.
- Coordinate procurement, vendor relationships, invoicing, and payments in collaboration with finance.
- Assist with basic HR tasks such as onboarding and record keeping as needed.
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and data entry to support executives and operations teams.
- Contribute to process improvements and the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualification
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in administrative or operations support; cross-market exposure is a plus.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace; familiarity with ERP/CRM systems is a bonus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Indonesian language skills are advantageous.
- Attention to detail, data accuracy, and ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a collaborative team approach.
- Willingness to work in Jakarta and adapt to cross-market requirements.
