Responsibility
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems and records
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, emails, and courier shipments
- Support daily administrative tasks such as data entry, document formatting, and report preparation
- Assist in calendar management, meeting coordination, and scheduling
- Support procurement, vendor contact, invoicing, and basic bookkeeping
- Answer inquiries from staff and external stakeholders with professionalism
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and inventory is tracked
- Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; diploma or bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1–2 years of administrative or office support experience
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic computer literacy
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and records management
- Good communication skills in Indonesian; basic English is a plus
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Team player with a proactive and dependable attitude
