Responsibility
- Process daily sales transactions and update records with accuracy
- Prepare and reconcile daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports
- Assist customers with inquiries, orders, and payment processes
- Maintain organized filing, documentation, and data entry in internal systems
- Coordinate with warehouse, logistics, and finance teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
- Support the sales team with order processing, quotation preparation and follow ups
- Manage inbound/outbound communications and respond to inquiries promptly
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and internal controls
Qualification
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant diploma considered a plus
- 1+ year experience in administration, sales support, or customer service
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); familiarity with data entry systems
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Indonesian; basic English is a plus
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work collaboratively in a fast paced environment
