You will design and optimize integrated campaigns across search, social, programmatic, and video to deliver measurable business impact for high-profile clients. This is a strategic, data-driven role that blends creative thinking with rigorous analytics to maximize ROI.
As a leader on the performance marketing team, you will partner with creative, media, analytics, and client services to translate brand goals into scalable, testable campaigns. You will own the end-to-end process from brief to reporting, ensuring campaigns are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standard.
Responsibility
- Lead the development of end-to-end advertising campaigns across multiple channels (search, social, display, video) from brief to launch and optimization.
- Set campaign strategy, budget, and KPI targets; monitor performance and adjust as needed to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals that align with brand guidelines.
- Manage media buying plans and pacing; negotiate with vendors and partners as appropriate.
- Implement rigorous testing and measurement frameworks (A/B tests, incrementality tests) to optimize performance.
- Produce actionable performance reports for clients and internal stakeholders; present recommendations clearly.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to process improvements across the programmatic stack.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, privacy regulations, and platform changes that impact advertising strategies.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in digital advertising or performance marketing, with a track record of leading successful campaigns.
- Strong expertise across channels: Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) Ads, programmatic display, and video.
- Proficient in analytics tools (Google Analytics 4, Data Studio, Tableau) and attribution modeling.
- Demonstrated ability to translate business goals into tested and scalable campaigns; proficient in A/B testing and experimentation.
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills; ability to present complex data clearly.
- Highly organized with strong project management skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with privacy and data governance considerations; ability to work within platform policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field; advanced degree a plus.
