Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end paid advertising campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic channels, from brief to post-mortem.
  • Define objectives, budgets, KPIs, and success metrics with clients and internal teams, then translate insights into action.
  • Lead audience segmentation, creative testing, landing page optimization, and bid strategies to maximize ROAS.
  • Collaborate with the creative and analytics teams to develop compelling assets and data-driven narratives.
  • Manage media buying partners and trafficking; ensure timely reporting, flighting, and optimizations.
  • Develop and present performance dashboards; provide executive updates and actionable recommendations.
  • Mentor junior staff, share best practices, and contribute to new business pitches and RFP responses.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
  • 5+ years of hands-on digital advertising experience across multiple channels (Search, Social, Display, Programmatic).
  • Proven track record of improving ROAS, CPA, and overall campaign efficiency in fast-paced environments.
  • Strong analytics and data visualization skills; proficient with Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, Google Analytics 4, and attribution frameworks.
  • Experience with A/B testing, multivariate testing, attribution modeling, and experimentation.
  • Excellent communication, client management, and leadership abilities; comfortable leading cross-functional teams.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills; ability to manage budgets and deadlines.
