Job description

NovaPulse Advertising seeks a results-driven Senior Advertising Campaign Manager in New York to lead paid media strategy and execution for top brands. You will own planning, execution and optimization across search, social and programmatic channels, delivering measurable business outcomes.

As part of the growth team, you will be responsible for developing strategic media plans, coordinating with creative and analytics, and ensuring campaigns meet or exceed KPIs. You will also mentor junior team members and contribute to agency-wide best practices.

Responsibility

  • Lead the end-to-end planning, setup and management of paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn and programmatic partners.
  • Own budget planning and pacing to maximize ROAS while achieving target impact within client goals.
  • Develop and test creative and landing page variations; implement rigorous A/B tests and ensure tracking is accurate.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics and account teams to develop compelling messaging and measurement frameworks.
  • Monitor campaign performance via dashboards, generate insights, and present weekly updates to stakeholders.
  • Scale successful programs, identify optimization opportunities, and keep campaigns compliant with platform policies.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
  • 5+ years of paid media experience with a track record of delivering ROAS improvements
  • Expert knowledge of Google Ads, YouTube, Google Analytics, and major social platforms including Facebook Ads and LinkedIn
  • Experience with programmatic buying platforms and demand-side platforms
  • Strong analytic skills and proficiency with GA4, Looker, Tableau or similar dashboards
  • Excellent communication, project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Portfolio of successful campaigns and the ability to articulate strategies and results
