Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of large-scale digital and traditional advertising campaigns across TV, digital, social, search, and programmatic channels.
- Collaborate with account teams and clients to define objectives, KPIs, and success metrics, and translate them into actionable media plans.
- Manage budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, and media vendor relationships to maximize ROI.
- Oversee creative briefs, ensure alignment with brand guidelines, and drive A/B testing to improve performance.
- Monitor campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and present reports to clients and leadership.
- Mentor junior team members, contribute to agency growth, and help win new business through data-driven case studies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and maintain high standards of quality and ethics.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field; Master’s preferred
- Minimum 5-7 years of hands-on advertising campaign management across multiple channels
- Proven track record delivering measurable ROI and incremental revenue
- Strong expertise in media planning, programmatic, social, search, and creative optimization
- Excellent analytical skills with proficiency in attribution models and data visualization tools
- Exceptional communication and client-management abilities; proven leadership experience
- Familiarity with ad tech platforms (DV360, Campaign Manager, Meta Ads, Google Ads) and analytics tools (GA4, Tableau)
