Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end advertising campaigns across digital, social, search, and programmatic channels.
- Develop media plans and budget allocations to maximize ROI.
- Collaborate with creative teams to craft compelling ad concepts and messaging.
- Optimize campaigns using data-driven testing, dashboards, and attribution models.
- Manage client relationships, provide regular performance updates and strategic recommendations.
- Mentor junior team members and foster cross-functional collaboration.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, maintain best practices, and ensure compliance.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years in digital advertising, programmatic media buying, or performance marketing.
- Proven success leading multi-channel campaigns with measurable ROI.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in GA4, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, DV360, among others.
- Experience with attribution modeling and experimentation (A/B testing).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
