Responsibility
- Develop and lead comprehensive advertising strategies across paid search, social, programmatic, TV, and addressable channels to achieve client objectives.
- Translate brand goals into actionable media plans, budgets, and KPIs; continuously monitor and optimize performance.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, media ops, and client services to deliver insight-driven campaigns.
- Manage relationships with media partners, negotiate terms, and maximize ROI within budget constraints.
- Define measurement frameworks, report results to clients, and present actionable recommendations.
- Mentor junior strategists and contribute to team capability building and thought leadership.
- Oversee budget forecasting, trafficking, and project timelines to ensure timely delivery.
- Stay ahead of industry trends; test innovative ad formats and emerging platforms.
Qualification
- 5+ years in advertising, marketing, or media planning with a track record of strategic impact
- Proven experience leading large-scale campaigns across digital and traditional channels
- Strong command of media planning tools (DV360, Meta, Google Ads, The Trade Desk) and analytics platforms (GA4, Tableau, Looker)
- Exceptional strategic thinking, storytelling, and client-facing communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Excellent project management, organization, and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
- Collaborative leadership style with a passion for mentorship
- Knowledge of brand safety, privacy regulations, and industry best practices
