NovaEcho Advertising is seeking a data-driven Senior Advertising Manager to lead media strategy and cross-channel campaigns for top brands. Based in New York, this role combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution in digital, social, TV, and print to drive measurable business results. You will partner with creative, analytics, and product teams to shape compelling campaigns that deliver growth and ROI.
Responsibility
- Develop and lead end-to-end advertising campaigns across digital, social, broadcast, and print channels
- Translate business objectives into compelling media strategies and creative briefs
- Manage multi-million-dollar media budgets, allocating spend for maximum ROAS
- Oversee media planning, optimization, and trafficking, ensuring timely delivery
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and product teams to optimize performance
- Monitor KPIs, build dashboards, and present performance insights to stakeholders
- Lead, mentor and develop junior team members; influence cross-functional teams
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of experience in advertising, media planning, or performance marketing
- Strong knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Meta, DV360) and programmatic
- Proven track record of delivering ROAS and measurable business outcomes
- Excellent analytical, modeling, and data interpretation skills
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced agency environment; project management skills
