Responsibility
- Develop and own integrated advertising campaigns from brief to final delivery across digital, social, search, display, and programmatic channels.
- Define media strategy, KPI targets, budgets, and schedules aligned to client goals.
- Coordinate with creative and copy teams to craft compelling assets optimized for performance.
- Manage media buying across platforms (Google Ads, Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, programmatic DSPs) and monitor performance.
- Implement tracking and measurement frameworks, set up dashboards, and provide actionable insights.
- Lead A/B tests, analyze results, and iterate campaigns for efficiency and scale.
- Cultivate strong client relationships, present performance reports, and translate data into strategic recommendations.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and brand safety guidelines.
Qualification
- 5+ years of experience in advertising, media buying, or digital marketing on agency or brand teams.
- Proven track record driving ROI across multi-channel campaigns and complex budgets.
- Strong technical proficiency with Google Marketing Platform, Meta Ads, programmatic DSPs, and analytics tools (GA4, Tableau, or similar).
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced agency environment and manage multiple projects.
- Data-driven mindset with a passion for optimization and experimentation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees a plus.
- Experience with brand safety, ad fraud awareness, and compliance standards.
