Job description

NovaWave Advertising is seeking a results-driven Advertising Campaign Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns for a diverse client roster. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive brand impact and tangible business outcomes.

As a senior member of the team, you will own campaign lifecycle from brief to attribution, collaborate with creative, data, and media partners, and translate complex data into clear recommendations for stakeholders. You will champion best practices in measurement, testing, and optimization to deliver sustainable growth for our clients.

Responsibility

  • Own end-to-end planning, launch, and optimization of multi-channel campaigns (search, social, display, video, programmatic) to meet client objectives and ROAS targets.
  • Develop media plans, budgets, pacing, and performance forecasts; monitor spend and ensure maximum ROI.
  • Collaborate with creative, analytics, and media buying teams to craft compelling creative and testing strategies.
  • Define and implement measurement frameworks, set KPIs, and deliver regular performance dashboards to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Ensure campaigns adhere to brand guidelines, privacy policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Lead A/B tests, audience experiments, and attribution models to optimize funnel performance.
  • Coach and mentor junior team members; streamline processes for scaling campaigns across clients.
  • Build strong client relationships, present insights, and translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualification

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns across search, social, display, and programmatic channels.
  • Proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, DV360, and other major DSPs; strong data analysis using GA4, Tableau, or Looker.
  • Demonstrated ability to optimize campaigns for ROAS, CAC, and overall profitability; strong budget management skills.
  • Excellent project management, organization, and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field; certifications such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint preferred.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple clients, and adapt to evolving priorities.
  • U.S. work authorization; NYC-based or hybrid working arrangement preferred.
