Responsibility
- Lead design, execution, and optimization of multi-channel advertising campaigns across digital, social, video, and programmatic platforms.
- Partner with creative and analytics teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing experiences tuned for performance.
- Manage budgets, pacing, bidding strategies, and vendor relationships to maximize ROI.
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance, deliver actionable insights, and produce weekly/d Monthly optimization reports.
- Develop robust media plans with audience targeting, frequency capping, and cross-channel attribution.
- Run controlled experiments (A/B tests) to improve creative, messaging, and landing pages.
- Ensure brand safety, compliance, and alignment with client objectives; communicate results to stakeholders.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in advertising, media buying, or digital marketing, with a proven track record of driving ROI.
- Expertise with Google Ads, DV360, Meta Ads Manager, YouTube, and other DSPs.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data visualization and reporting tools.
- Experience with programmatic buying, audience targeting, and measurement frameworks.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management abilities; able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
