You will craft data-driven campaigns across digital and traditional channels, collaborating with creative, media, and product teams to deliver measurable results. This role blends strategic thinking, storytelling, and hands-on optimization to elevate brands.
As a key contributor, you’ll own campaign planning, execution, and performance analysis, ensuring brand voice remains consistent while maximizing ROI.
Responsibility
- Develop and execute multi-channel advertising campaigns across digital, social, search, display, video, and programmatic channels.
- Collaborate with creative, media buying, and product teams to craft compelling briefs and assets.
- Manage budgets, schedules, and trafficking to ensure timely delivery and performance.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns using analytics, A/B tests, and attribution models to improve ROAS.
- Write clear, persuasive ad copy and creative briefs aligned with brand voice.
- Build and maintain reporting dashboards for stakeholders and provide actionable insights.
- Negotiate with vendors and partners; manage agency relationships and contracts.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and test innovative formats and targeting strategies.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications or related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in advertising, digital marketing, or media planning.
- Strong expertise with Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic platforms, and analytics tools (GA4, dashboards).
- Proven ability to develop compelling ad copy and creative briefs; strong storytelling and messaging skills.
- Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret metrics and optimize campaigns for ROI.
- Excellent project management, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Portfolio of successful campaigns demonstrating measurable outcomes.
