NovaPulse Media is seeking an Advertising Specialist to join our dynamic, NYC-based team. You will design, execute, and optimize cross-channel campaigns that drive growth for leading brands. As a key contributor to our advertising practice, you’ll partner with creative, analytics, and client teams to deliver campaigns that resonate, convert, and scale.
Responsibility
- Develop and manage end-to-end advertising campaigns across digital, social, and programmatic channels.
- Optimize campaigns for ROI, CPA, and ROAS using data-driven insights and robust testing.
- Collaborate with creative, analytics, and client teams to craft compelling briefs and assets.
- Manage media budgets, pacing, bid strategies, tracking implementations, and reporting.
- Execute A/B tests, analyze results, and apply learning to improve performance.
- Monitor campaign performance with dashboards and deliver weekly optimization reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure brand safety, compliance, and high-quality ad experiences across all partners.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform updates to keep campaigns cutting-edge.
Qualification
- 3+ years in digital advertising, media planning, or performance marketing.
- Proven hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, and programmatic platforms.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in GA4, attribution, and performance dashboards.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; able to present insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience with creative briefings and collaboration with creative teams.
- Detail-oriented, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related field.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance guidelines in digital advertising.
