Take on a strategic leadership role at ManpowerGroup as an Aftermarket Sales Manager focused on MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) business development across the APAC region. In this client-facing role, you will drive revenue growth by expanding our aftermarket solutions—spares, kits, and engineering services—to airlines, MRO providers, distributors, OEMs, and maintenance organizations. You will act as the primary champion for customer value, translating complex aerospace offerings into practical outcomes that improve uptime and reliability.

You will own the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting and discovery to solution design, commercial negotiations, and long-term account management. You will build and manage a robust sales pipeline, forecast with accuracy, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, supply chain, and finance to deliver differentiated solutions. Your market leadership will help shape regional strategy for APAC, identify high-potential markets, and establish strategic partnerships that accelerate growth while maintaining strict safety and regulatory compliance.

Success in this role requires deep APAC market knowledge, a strong network within the aerospace ecosystem, and a track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets in B2B environments. You should be comfortable with travel to meet customers, attend industry events, and participate in regional trade shows. The ideal candidate is a results-driven negotiator, fluent in English, with excellent presentation skills and a collaborative mindset that thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

Responsibility

  • Develop and execute APAC aftermarket sales strategy to expand the MRO business across target accounts including airlines, MROs, distributors, and OEMs.
  • Build and manage a robust sales pipeline, forecast accurately, and drive quarterly revenue attainment.
  • Establish and nurture strategic relationships with key customers and partners to understand maintenance needs and uptime objectives.
  • Coordinate with product management, supply chain, and finance to design tailored aftermarket solutions (spares, kits, engineering services) that maximize value.
  • Lead contract negotiations, pricing, terms, and risk management while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Identify and capture new market opportunities within APAC, conducting market analysis and developing business cases for expansion.
  • Represent the company at industry events, deliver compelling pitches, and conduct customer demonstrations of aftermarket offerings.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and long-term account growth.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • 5+ years of aerospace aftermarket sales or MRO business development experience, APAC market knowledge required.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets with strong pipeline management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills; fluent in English; additional APAC languages a plus.
  • Proficient in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), data analysis, and forecasting; capable of building executive-level presentations.
  • Willingness to travel 50% or more across APAC; autonomous, self-motivated, and results-driven.
  • Solid understanding of aerospace regulatory and safety standards; strong risk-management awareness.
