Responsibility
- Identify and approach prospective clients to promote KB Finansia Multi Finance’s financial products and services.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential customers to achieve sales targets.
- Provide detailed information and guidance about credit offerings, payment plans, and financial solutions.
- Assist clients in completing application documentation and ensure all required paperwork is accurately processed.
- Monitor and follow up on customer inquiries and applications in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience from application to approval.
- Maintain up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities, and market trends.
- Participate in sales events, marketing activities, and regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and selling skills.
Qualification
- Minimum education of Senior High School (SMA) or equivalent; a diploma or bachelor’s degree is a plus.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, marketing, or a similar role, preferably in the financial industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Target-driven and highly motivated to meet or exceed sales goals.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willing to be placed and work in Kupang, Nusa Tenggara Timur.
- Basic computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.).
