Responsibility
- Prospect and acquire new customers for Kreditplus financing in Madiun and surrounding areas.
- Explain and present financing options tailored to customer needs; clarify eligibility, terms, and repayment plans.
- Assess creditworthiness, collect required documents, and submit applications for approval.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships; respond to inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets; maintain accurate activity records in the CRM.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support, renewals, and cross-sell complementary financial products.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements while representing the KB Finansia brand.
Qualification
- Minimum SMA (senior high school) or equivalent; diploma is a plus.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills in Indonesian; ability to engage diverse clients.
- Target-driven, proactive, and customer-focused with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Basic computer literacy; familiarity with CRM systems and mobile tools for sales activities.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel within Madiun and nearby areas.
- Integrity, professionalism, and ability to work independently or in a team.
