Google Cloud is redefining how organizations work. We are seeking a dynamic leader to join our Singapore team as the Agentic Workplace Transformation Practice Lead. This role leads regional strategy and execution for Google's agentic workplace offering, partnering with cross-functional teams to accelerate customer adoption of AI-driven, agentic solutions. You will collaborate with enterprise clients to redesign work processes, drive automation, and empower people with data-driven insights. You will shape the ecosystem, deliver scalable programs, and drive revenue growth across Southeast Asia and beyond.
In this high-impact role, you will own the regional go-to-market (GTM) plan for the agentic offering, align with Google Cloud's broader strategy, and guide a diverse team through complex, multi-stakeholder engagements. You will build trusted relationships with CXOs and line-of-business leaders, translate business needs into measurable outcomes, and ensure successful deployments that deliver tangible ROI for customers. This is a hands-on leadership position that blends strategy, execution, and people development in a fast-paced technology enterprise.
What you will do includes shaping the GTM framework, driving pipeline and revenue growth, leading cross-functional delivery, and establishing metrics to demonstrate impact. You will partner with sales, solutions engineering, product, and partners to create differentiated customer experience and outcomes that accelerate cloud adoption and workplace transformation.
Responsibility
- Lead the regional GTM strategy for Google's agentic workplace offering, aligning with Cloud's broader go-to-market initiatives.
- Drive revenue growth by shaping sales motions, pricing, packaging, and enterprise-focused campaigns.
- Build and lead a high-performing cross-functional team across sales, solutions engineering, product, and partner ecosystems.
- Collaborate with regional sales leadership to identify, pursue, and close strategic opportunities; advocate for customer needs with product and engineering.
- Orchestrate change management and adoption programs for clients to ensure successful deployment of agentic solutions.
- Develop and execute partner strategy with system integrators, MSPs, and ISVs to extend reach and scale.
- Establish dashboards and metrics, providing regular executive updates on pipeline, ROI, and customer outcomes.
Qualification
- 10+ years in enterprise software sales, cloud strategy, or digital transformation with a track record of leading large-scale initiatives.
- Strong background in workplace transformation, AI-powered automation, or agentic technology.
- Proven regional or global leadership experience with cross-functional stakeholder management.
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills; ability to influence C-suite and drive consensus.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; proficient in CRM tools and sales analytics.
- Willingness to travel as needed to serve regional customers and partners.
