Bumi Infrastruktur is a diversified holding company with operations spanning construction and hospitality across Indonesia. We are seeking a proactive, numbers-driven Analyst to support strategic decision-making, financial planning, and business insights.
In this role, you will partner with finance, operations, and project teams to analyze performance, forecast outcomes, and identify opportunities for efficiency and growth. You will help transform raw data into clear, actionable information for senior leadership, board materials, and cross-functional stakeholders.
As a member of our dynamic team, you will gain exposure to multiple sectors, contribute to due diligence for investments and partnerships, and help shape the informed strategies that drive successful project delivery and customer experience.
Responsibility
- Perform financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis to support management decisions across construction and hospitality projects.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports on project performance, cost control, revenue, and profitability to enable data-driven decisions.
- Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and regulatory factors affecting construction and hospitality operations in Indonesia.
- Support due diligence and evaluation of potential investments, partnerships, and procurement opportunities within the holding portfolio.
- Collaborate with finance, operations, and project teams to optimize processes, improve key performance indicators (KPIs), and streamline reporting.
- Assist with risk assessment, internal controls, and compliance activities to safeguard company assets and integrity.
- Support monthly and quarterly close processes, data reconciliation, and audit preparation.
- Prepare clear, stakeholder-ready presentations and briefs for senior leadership and external partners.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, business analysis, accounting, or consulting. Fresh graduates with strong analytical skills are welcome.
- Proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with the ability to convey complex data clearly.
- Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrix environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of Indonesian construction and hospitality sectors is a plus.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with excellent written and verbal communication.
