Responsibility
- Lead on-site construction management for commercial projects from mobilization to project closeout.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, monitor progress, and coordinate subcontractors and suppliers.
- Ensure safety, quality control, and regulatory compliance on all sites.
- Manage project budgets, change orders, and cost forecasting with transparency.
- Collaborate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams to resolve issues.
- Review drawings and specs, approve RFIs, submittals, and shop drawings.
- Implement and enforce site safety programs; conduct toolbox talks and inspections.
- Prepare and present weekly progress reports and hold regular site meetings.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of construction management experience on commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety standards (OSHA 10/30 or equivalent).
- Proficiency with project management software (Procore, Primavera P6, AutoCAD/ Revit).
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret plans, specs, and schedules; strong math and organizational skills.
- PMP or CCM certification preferred; MS Project experience a plus.
