Join Apotek Sumber Agung as Apoteker Training and Development in Pringsewu, Lampung. This is a unique opportunity to design and implement training programs that elevate pharmacy operations, patient safety, and service quality. You will lead onboarding, craft SOPs, and design learning experiences that empower our diverse crew.
As the Apoteker Training & Development, you will partner with store leadership to assess competency gaps, develop curricula, and deliver engaging training sessions. You will measure outcomes, refine programs, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. This role blends clinical pharmacy knowledge with instructional design, storytelling, and performance coaching to drive measurable improvements in daily practice and patient outcomes.
Key responsibilities include building a scalable onboarding program, creating and maintaining SOP documentation, delivering hands-on and e-learning trainings, coaching team members, evaluating training effectiveness, and promoting a culture of continuous learning. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align training with regulatory requirements and quality assurance.

Responsibility
- Design, implement, and continuously improve onboarding programs for pharmacists and support staff.
- Develop and maintain pharmacy SOPs, training materials, and competency frameworks.
- Deliver engaging trainings (in-person and online) and coach team members to elevate performance.
- Assess learning needs, analyze competency gaps, and track progress using metrics and dashboards.
- Collaborate with store leadership to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality assurance.
- Facilitate ongoing professional development and succession planning across the network.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and KPIs; iterate programs accordingly.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Clinical, Operations, HR) to align training with business goals.
Qualification
- Licensed Pharmacist with active Indonesian license and degree in Pharmacy.
- Proven experience in training, education, or people development, preferably in pharmacy or retail environments.
- Strong knowledge of SOP writing and regulatory standards (BPOM) and quality assurance in pharmacy operations.
- Experience designing and delivering trainings (adult learning principles, e-learning, simulations).
- Excellent communication, coaching, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to develop assessment tools and measure training impact with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Team collaboration and ability to work with cross-functional groups.
