As our Senior Professional Training Manager, you will lead the end to end design, delivery, and evaluation of high impact training initiatives. This role blends instructional design, facilitation, and performance consulting to improve job performance and business outcomes.

Responsibility
- Lead the design and delivery of in person and virtual training programs for multiple client groups.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop compelling curricula and job aids.
- Perform needs analysis and align programs to business metrics and performance gaps.
- Develop and maintain e learning modules and facilitator guides using our LMS and authoring tools.
- Deliver engaging live sessions and coach facilitators to ensure consistent quality.
- Measure training impact through pre/post assessments and business outcomes.
- Manage program budgets, timelines, and vendor relationships.
- Champion a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing across teams.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training, Human Resources, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years in learning and development or professional training, with demonstrated impact.
- Strong instructional design skills and experience with LMS platforms and e learning authoring tools.
- Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Proven project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Certificate in Training or Learning and Development preferred (CPLP, ATD, or similar).
- Data driven mindset with ability to analyze outcomes and optimize programs.
