Elevation Learning Solutions is seeking a Senior Training Specialist to design, deliver, and optimize advanced training programs for our corporate clients. This role blends instructional design, facilitation, and performance consulting to drive measurable improvements.
As part of our Learning & Development team, you will collaborate with subject matter experts to translate complex topics into practical, engaging learning experiences that accelerate performance and adoption across functional areas.

Responsibility
- Conduct training needs analyses with stakeholders and define measurable learning objectives.
- Design and develop instructor-led, virtual, and self-paced training materials (workshops, e-learning modules, job aids).
- Deliver engaging trainings in-person or remotely; adapt style to diverse audiences.
- Evaluate training effectiveness using Kirkpatrick levels, analysis, and performance metrics; report insights to leadership.
- Lead curriculum development and maintain a library of training assets; collaborate with SMEs and L&D team.
- Manage training schedules, logistics, and LMS administration for assigned programs.
- Mentor junior trainers, provide coaching, and contribute to program improvement initiatives.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in corporate training, learning and development, or talent development.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and hands-on experience with e-learning tools (Articulate Storyline, Articulate Rise) and LMS platforms (Cornerstone, Moodle, SAP Litmos).
- Excellent presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal skills; comfortable with public speaking and executive audiences.
- Ability to translate complex topics into practical, actionable learning experiences; data-driven with strong assessment skills.
- Project management, time management, and stakeholder management; adept at juggling multiple programs.
- Professional certification in training or instructional design (CPTD, CPLP) is a plus; US work authorization preferred.
