Elite Learning Solutions is seeking a results-driven Senior Corporate Trainer to design and deliver high-impact training programs for our diverse client base. This role blends instructional design with dynamic facilitation to elevate performance and drive measurable business outcomes. This is a Seattle-based opportunity with remote options one or two days per week.
As a trusted partner to clients, you will assess needs, develop curricula, and deliver engaging sessions across in-person and virtual formats. You will work with subject matter experts to translate complex concepts into practical skills, and you will contribute to the ongoing development of our training library.

Responsibility
- Develop and deliver instructor-led and virtual training sessions for adult learners.
- Analyze client needs and design customized curricula and materials.
- Create interactive activities, simulations, and assessments to measure learning outcomes.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in training and development.
- Coordinate training logistics, scheduling, materials, and equipment for events.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through post-training surveys and data analysis; provide actionable improvements.
- Mentor junior trainers and contribute to expanding our training library.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience delivering corporate training or professional development programs.
- Certification in training (e.g., CPTD, ATD) is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM) and adult learning principles.
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills; strong written and verbal communication.
- Experience with LMS platforms and e-learning tools (Articulate 360, Captivate); proficient with Zoom/Teams for virtual delivery.
- Ability to tailor content to diverse audiences and industries.
- Project management, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.
