Join Northbridge University as an Education Technology Specialist to lead the design, development, and deployment of innovative learning experiences across our campus and online programs. You will partner with faculty, instructional designers, and IT teams to leverage technology that enhances student engagement and outcomes.

Responsibility
- Lead the instructional design process for online, hybrid, and in-person courses, from needs analysis to course launch.
- Design and curate engaging multimedia learning experiences using industry-standard tools (LMS, authoring software, video, and interactive simulations).
- Collaborate with faculty to translate learning objectives into measurable assessments and analytics.
- Manage LMS configuration, course provisioning, and user training for faculty and staff.
- Analyze learning data to inform improvements and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
- Stay current with edtech trends and standards (SCORM, xAPI, accessibility guidelines) and ensure compliance.
- Lead faculty development sessions and create scalable templates to accelerate course creation.
- Support accreditation and program review activities with documentation and evidence of impact.
Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 3+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or education technology roles.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Brightspace) and authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate).
- Strong knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, backwards design) and assessment design.
- Experience with data analytics and reporting to measure learning outcomes.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
