Responsibility

  • Lead the instructional design process for online, hybrid, and in-person courses, from needs analysis to course launch.
  • Design and curate engaging multimedia learning experiences using industry-standard tools (LMS, authoring software, video, and interactive simulations).
  • Collaborate with faculty to translate learning objectives into measurable assessments and analytics.
  • Manage LMS configuration, course provisioning, and user training for faculty and staff.
  • Analyze learning data to inform improvements and report on key metrics to stakeholders.
  • Stay current with edtech trends and standards (SCORM, xAPI, accessibility guidelines) and ensure compliance.
  • Lead faculty development sessions and create scalable templates to accelerate course creation.
  • Support accreditation and program review activities with documentation and evidence of impact.

Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in instructional design, e-learning development, or education technology roles.
  • Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Canvas, Blackboard, Brightspace) and authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate).
  • Strong knowledge of instructional design models (ADDIE, backwards design) and assessment design.
  • Experience with data analytics and reporting to measure learning outcomes.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.
  • Commitment to inclusivity, accessibility (WCAG 2.1+), and Universal Design for Learning.
