NovaRise Training & Development is seeking a results-driven Professional Training Specialist to design and deliver high-impact learning experiences for our enterprise clients. This role combines instructional design, facilitation, and program management to elevate workforce capability across industries.
In this position, you will partner with subject matter experts, HR partners, and client stakeholders to craft engaging curricula, deploy multi-modal trainings, and measure outcomes that translate into performance improvements.
Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for corporate clients across various industries.
- Perform needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning objectives.
- Facilitate live workshops and virtual sessions with clarity and energy.
- Create instructional materials, job aids, and e-learning modules using industry-standard tools.
- Evaluate training effectiveness through metrics, feedback, and post-session assessments.
- Collaborate with SMEs, HR, and leadership to align programs with business goals.
- Manage training logistics, calendars, and participant communication; maintain detailed records in the LMS.
- Mentor junior trainers and contribute to a growing catalog of reusable training assets.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.
- 5+ years of corporate training, professional development, or instructional design experience.
- Proficiency in ADDIE/ISD, Kirkpatrick evaluation model, and learning experience design.
- Strong facilitation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with LMS platforms (e.g., Moodle, Canvas) and e-learning authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate).
- Ability to design for adult learners, apply microlearning, and create measurable outcomes.
- Excellent project management and collaboration abilities; comfortable working with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% and support multiple client engagements.
