NovaBridge Training Group is seeking a Senior Training & Development Specialist to design, deliver, and evolve high-impact learning programs for clients and internal teams. This role blends instructional design, facilitation, and strategic partnership to drive measurable performance improvements.
In a fast-paced, client-driven environment, you will craft curricula, facilitate engaging workshops, and lead the adoption of scalable training solutions across our distributed workforce.
What you will do: develop blended training programs, collaborate with subject matter experts, manage LMS content, and analyze outcomes to continuously improve impact. You will also mentor junior trainers and champion a culture of learning and performance.
Responsibility
- Design, develop, and deliver instructor-led and digital training programs for diverse audiences across multiple industries.
- Conduct needs assessments and align training with business goals, performance metrics, and ROI.
- Facilitate engaging workshops, webinars, and coaching sessions that drive practical application.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to build curricula, job aids, and assessments.
- Curate and manage LMS content, certifications, and onboarding tracks.
- Evaluate training outcomes using analytics, surveys, and Kirkpatrick levels; report insights to stakeholders.
- Mentor junior trainers and lead train-the-trainer initiatives to scale programs.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to forecast capability gaps and drive continuous improvement.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Adult Learning, or a related field; or 5+ years of corporate training experience.
- 3+ years of experience designing and delivering professional development programs in corporate or enterprise settings.
- Proficiency with LMS platforms (e.g., Cornerstone, Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors) and authoring tools (Articulate 360, Captivate).
- Strong facilitation, presentation, storytelling, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Experience performing needs analyses, designing evaluation metrics, and demonstrating training impact.
- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously and collaborate across teams.
- Willingness to travel up to 15-20% and adapt to client and learner needs.
