Responsibility

  • Process and validate sales orders (SO) and purchase orders (PO) in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to confirm material availability, lead times, and shipments.
  • Monitor order and delivery status from order placement to receipt, and escalate issues as needed.
  • Maintain ERP data and documentation, ensuring data integrity and audit readiness.
  • Support cross-functional teams (sales, procurement, logistics, engineering) to resolve discrepancies and improve processes.
  • Assist in project administration, reporting, and filing, including preparing status updates and dashboards.
  • Provide clear communication to customers and internal stakeholders to manage expectations and support issue resolution.

Qualification

  • Diploma or bachelor degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 1-3 years of experience in application support, procurement, or logistics within manufacturing or engineering environments.
  • Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and strong MS Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in Indonesian and English.
