As a key face of INTAN SETIA, you will manage day-to-day field activities, execute territory plans, and collaborate with wholesalers to maximize market coverage. Your ability to build trust with shop owners, decide strategic promotions, and ensure timely deliveries will be critical to your success. A valid van driving license and comfortable driving routine are essential, as you will travel across Seremban and nearby districts to service accounts and collect market insights.

Core responsibilities include growing the customer base, implementing merchandising standards, tracking sales performance, and reporting results to the regional team. Responsibility

  • Drive outdoor sales in assigned territory for tobacco and FMCG products, achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and shop owners; onboard new accounts and expand point-of-sale presence.
  • Execute trade marketing activities including promotions, product placements, merchandising, and shelf management to maximize visibility.
  • Manage van delivery routes, ensure timely order fulfillment, and maintain vehicle and equipment in good condition.
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends to adjust strategies and share insights with the sales team.
  • Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and territory analytics for leadership review.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Logistics, Marketing, Finance) to ensure accurate pricing, promotions, and stock availability.
  • Represent the company professionally at client meetings and local events; uphold brand standards in all interactions.

Qualification

  • Minimum 1-2 years of outdoor or field sales experience in FMCG or tobacco sectors.
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Valid driving license with comfortable van driving experience; own transport is a plus.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; fluent in English and Malay; additional languages a plus.
  • Good organizational skills, ability to manage time, and strong attention to detail; data-driven with basic reporting skills.
  • Willingness to travel within Seremban and nearby districts and work some weekends or extended hours as needed.
